Refund & Cancellation Policy

₹9 Speaking Assessment

The ₹9 Speaking Assessment is a paid 20-minute 1-to-1 assessment with Surendra Singh.

Once the assessment has been completed, the assessment fee is non-refundable.

If the assessment is cancelled by It's Time to Speak, you will be offered a rescheduled assessment or a refund.

4-Day Full Refund

If you join one of my programs and decide within your first 4 days that the program isn't right for you, you can request cancellation.

You will receive a full refund of the program payment.

No deduction will be made for sessions attended during this 4-day period.

To request a refund, contact me within the first 4 days of joining the program.

1-to-1 Session Rescheduling

If you cannot attend a scheduled 1-to-1 session, please inform me at least 3 hours before the scheduled session.

With at least 3 hours' notice, the session can be rescheduled according to availability.

If you provide less than 3 hours' notice or don't attend the session, the session will be counted as used.

Group Session Attendance

If you miss a scheduled group session, an automatic makeup session is not provided.

If a group session is cancelled by It's Time to Speak, a replacement or rescheduled session will be arranged.
