About the Classes
Are the classes online?
Yes. All sessions are conducted live online through Google Meet.
Do I need to be fluent before joining?
No. You don't need perfect English to start. You can begin from your current speaking level.
Who are these classes for?
My programs are suitable for students, working professionals, homemakers, adults and learners who want more opportunities to practise speaking English.
Are these grammar classes?
Speaking is the main focus.
I may discuss grammar or other areas when they help you communicate better, but the goal is to give you regular opportunities to speak, listen, respond and improve.

What programs do you offer?
I currently offer:
1-to-1 English Speaking - ₹3,000/month
30-minute sessions
2-Person Sessions - ₹2,199/month
40-minute sessions
Small Group Sessions - ₹1,499/month
60-minute sessions
How do I know which program is right for me?
Start with the ₹9 Speaking Assessment.
You'll have a 20-minute 1-to-1 conversation with Surendra Singh. He'll understand your current speaking level and recommend a suitable program.
You can choose the recommended program or another program if you prefer.
How often are the sessions?
Sessions are held:
Monday · Tuesday · Thursday · Friday
Wednesday and the weekend are kept open for independent practice and review.
About the ₹9 Assessment
What is the ₹9 Speaking Assessment?
It's a 20-minute 1-to-1 speaking assessment with Surendra Singh.
It's designed to understand your current speaking ability and the areas you may need to work on.
Is the ₹9 assessment a free trial?
No.
It's a paid speaking assessment, not a free trial class.
Do I have to join a program after the assessment?
No.
The assessment helps you understand which program may suit you. The decision to join is yours.
Can I choose a different program than the one recommended?
Yes.
The recommendation is based on your needs, but you are free to choose another available program.
Classes & Attendance
What happens if I miss a 1-to-1 session?
If you need to reschedule a 1-to-1 session, please let me know at least 3 hours before the scheduled session.
If you provide less than 3 hours' notice or don't attend the session, the session will be counted as used.
What happens if I miss a group session?
If you miss a group session, there is no automatic makeup session.
What if the class is cancelled by you?
If a scheduled session is cancelled by me, I'll arrange a replacement or rescheduled session.
Refunds & Cancellation
Can I get a refund if I don't like the program?
Yes.
I offer a 4-day full refund window for new program enrollments.
If within your first 4 days you feel the program isn't right for you, you can request cancellation and receive a full refund.
Do I need to explain why I want a refund?
No complicated explanation is required. If the program doesn't feel right for you within the first 4 days, contact me and I'll guide you through the cancellation and refund process.
Is the ₹9 assessment refundable?
Once the assessment has been completed, the ₹9 assessment fee is non-refundable because the assessment service has already been provided.
If the assessment is cancelled by me, I'll arrange a reschedule or refund.
Progress & Fluency
How quickly will I become fluent?
There is no fixed timeline.
Everyone starts at a different level, and progress depends on your current ability, consistency, practice and exposure to English.
I don't promise “fluency in 30 days” or any other fixed timeline.
Do I need to speak perfect English before joining?
No.
You join to practise.
Making mistakes is a normal part of learning to speak.
